These are the Terms and Conditions set out by us which you may use and access our website.
By accessing or using our webite Sams-Floral Creations you are agreeing to have read and understood our terms and argree to be legally bound by them .

1 In order to purchase items from our website you must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into the terms as a binding contract.
a) The images and designs of flowers on our website are solely owned by us Sams-Floral -Creations and must not be copied or used as your own or by a second party for any purpose.
b) All our arrangements are handmade and therefore there may be very slight differences to images .
We cannot be held responsible for slight colour differences due to screen resolutions.
We strongly reccommend checking with our colour checker or ordering a sample for exact matching
c) Due to small or detachable parts we do not recommend our products to under 36 months due to injury or choking hazards . All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Sams floral creations will not be held responsible for injuries caused by our goods.
d) All of our products are non-edible and must not be consumed internally at all.

2 Purchasing
a) When purchasing items from our website you agree to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the items. By purchasing items you confirm you have read and understand the description of items purchased .
b) If you wish to cancel an order this must be done immediately in writing via email and within 24 hours of payment.
c) Sams-Floral -Creations has the right to withdraw items or cancel orders at any time and will at this time give explanation in writing to you the customer .
d) All orders will usually be sent within 5 weeks taking into consideration busier times. If you wish to receive your items before this time you must contact us in writting via email before making payment and have this confirmed by us that this is possible . We cannot be held responsible for late items if not agreed prior to ordering. We ask that you provide us at the time of ordering your wedding date.
e) If you wish to add to your order after you have paid and before your item is sent, please contact us via email to discuss this

3 Production of orders
a) we make and send orders in the order received but reserve the right to change this if an order is approved of a short timescale. This will not affect our 5 week dispatch date to you
b) we make all our flowers to order and take great care to select the best products for this. All orders are then put through thorough checks and packed into boxes (except for sample petals) to avoid any damage to items.

4 Delivery
a) Items are sent via Royal Mail second class signed for. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for this service.
Items can take longer due to covid restrictions and other issues within Royal Mail
Our delivery prices are kept in line with Royal mail pricing
b) We strongly advise that customers do not accept delivery of badly damaged packaging without checking the contents first.
c) Orders must be checked upon receiving

5 Damaged Items
a) Any damaged items must be reported in writing to us via email with accompanying images of the damage within 48 hours of receiving . The time of receiving will be verified by the reference number upon posting.
b) we will offer a full refund including postage costs or a replacement item to be sent in this case.
c) we reserve the right to decline a refund if the deadline of 48 hours has passed.

6 Returns
a) If you wish to return un damaged items we must be notified of this within 72 hours of receiving. Items must then be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 working days. The return postage must be paid by the customer.
It is recommended to send via recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for lost returns and a refund will not be issued
b)Once items have been received by us they will be checked to confirm they are in original condition . A refund of goods only (not Postage)will them be issued within 48 hours .
